Shipments and returns

Packages are generally shipped within 1 day after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS Ground.   If you prefer delivery by other methods, please contact us prior to ordering. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Free ground shipping offers apply only to the Continental United States.  Please contact us for shipping outside of the Continental United States.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

We suggest you insure your packages, as we are not responsible for shipping or freight damage.

Returns are accepted for errors made by Discount Wheel Outlet only.  It is your responsibility to ensure that you are ordering the right fitment for your vehicle.  We do not accept any returns that are not in new condition in the original boxes, as they arrived. 

Freight charges, labor or any other ancillary charges are not covered under the return policy and must be handled by the customer.  Return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer as well. 

All returns must have an approved RGA number prior to returning.
